Daraz order and delivery answers
Daraz Order Tracking FAQ
Clear answers about Daraz tracking numbers, Daraz Express (DEX), delivery statuses, returns and the Daraz helpline in Pakistan.
Q:What is the difference between a Daraz order number and a tracking number?
Daraz gives you an order number when you place your order in the app or on the website. The tracking number (also called a tracking code or CN) comes from the courier, such as Daraz Express or a partner courier, once your parcel is sent. Courier trackers cannot find your parcel with the order number. You need the tracking number.
Q:Where can I find my Daraz tracking number?
Log in to the Daraz app or website, open “My Orders”, choose your order and open the order details. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, you will see the tracking number and the courier’s name there.
Q:Can I track a Daraz parcel without logging in?
Yes. Daraz has a public tracking page at https://www.daraz.pk/track-orders-online/. Paste your tracking number there to check it without logging in. You can also paste it into the tracker on DarazTracking.pk.
Q:What is Daraz Express (DEX)?
Daraz Express (DEX) is Daraz Pakistan’s own delivery service. It sorts parcels, moves them between cities and delivers them to customers’ doors for many Daraz orders. Daraz has been part of Alibaba Group since May 2018.
Q:Which courier delivers my Daraz order if it is not Daraz Express?
Where Daraz Express does not handle an order, Daraz uses partner couriers such as TCS and LCS (Leopards). Your order details in “My Orders” show which courier has your parcel.
Q:What does “Out for Delivery” mean on Daraz?
Your parcel has reached the delivery hub in your area and a rider has it for delivery today. Make sure your phone is on so the rider can contact you.
Q:Why is my Daraz tracking not updating?
Tracking only updates when the parcel is scanned at a hub. While it travels between cities, or during big sales, there can be a long gap with no update. If nothing changes for several working days, contact Daraz customer support.
Q:What happens if a Daraz delivery fails?
If the rider cannot reach you, for example because the phone was not answered or nobody was home, tracking shows a failed attempt such as “Consignee Unreachable”. The courier usually tries again before sending the parcel back to the seller. If the failed attempt was a mistake, contact customer care soon.
Q:How many days do I have to return a Daraz order?
Daraz gives you 14 days from delivery to return eligible items. Start the return in the Daraz app or website, in “My Orders”, before the 14 days are up. After you submit the return, you get a separate return tracking number.
Q:How do refunds work for cash on delivery (COD) orders?
For COD orders, once the returned item passes Daraz’s quality check, the approved refund goes into your Daraz Wallet. You can use it for future orders or move it out as Daraz’s policy allows.
Q:What is the Daraz helpline number?
The Daraz Pakistan helpline is 021-111-132729. Phone support is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can also use the virtual assistant in the Daraz app Help Center at any time, and chat with a person during support hours.
Q:Can DarazTracking.pk change my address or stop my parcel?
No. DarazTracking.pk is an independent website. We have no warehouses, no couriers and no access to Daraz accounts. For address changes, cancellations or delivery questions, contact Daraz directly.
