How to Find Your Daraz Tracking Number in 4 Steps
Knowing how to track your Daraz order helps you avoid missed deliveries and long waits. Many people try to track their Daraz order with the order number, but that does not work. You need the courier’s tracking number.
As Daraz explains, an Order Number is the number Daraz gives you when you order, while a parcel tracking code (consignment number) comes from the courier once the seller packs your order. With the tracking number, you can follow your parcel on Daraz or on a tracker like ours.
Open My Orders
Log in to the Daraz app or go to daraz.pk. Tap “Account” in the bottom menu and choose “My Orders”.
Select Your Purchase
Find the order marked “Shipped” or “To Receive” that you want to track.
Click Track Package
Tap “Track Package” on the order screen. This shows the delivery steps so far.
Copy the Tracking Code
Look for “Tracking Number” or “Tracking Code”. Note the courier’s name (for example, Daraz Express or TCS) and copy the number.

Which Courier Delivers Your Daraz Order?
Daraz uses different couriers, depending on where the seller is, where the parcel is going and its size:
- Daraz Express (DEX): Daraz’s own delivery service. It sorts parcels, moves them between cities and delivers them to customers for many Daraz orders.
- Partner Couriers: Where Daraz Express does not handle an order, Daraz sends it with partner couriers such as TCS and LCS (Leopards).
Common Tracking Problems and What to Do
It says “Data Received” and nothing more
The seller has printed a label, but the courier has not collected the parcel yet. Wait a little longer for the first hub scan to appear.
It says “Out for Delivery”
A rider has your parcel for delivery today. Keep your phone on, as riders usually call before they arrive. Paying cash? Keep the exact order total ready.
Delivery Attempt Failed
