Daraz Refund Tracking — Quality Check & Wallet Credit Guide

Daraz starts processing a refund only after the returned item has been received and passes its quality check. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds go to your Daraz Wallet. For orders paid by card or online, ask Daraz how the refund is paid back; banks can take some days to show it.
How Daraz Refunds Work
Sending an item back is only half the job; you also want your money back. Here is how Daraz refunds work, based on what Daraz has published.
What Daraz says about refunds:
- Quality Check Precedes Refund: Refunds do not start when you hand the parcel to a courier. Refund processing begins after the returned item has been checked (the quality check).
- How you paid decides where the refund goes: For COD orders, approved refunds go to your Daraz Wallet. For other payment methods, ask Daraz how the refund is paid.
The 4 Steps to Your Refund
Return Package Transit
After you hand over your return, it travels back to Daraz. It has its own return tracking number, which is different from the original delivery tracking number.
Warehouse Arrival
The return is received and scanned, and your return status is updated in the app.
Product Verification
Daraz checks that the item matches the reason for the return, for example that it is faulty, the wrong colour or missing parts, and that it has its accessories and packing.
Fund Disbursement
Once the item passes the quality check, the refund is processed.
Refund Disbursement Channels
Daraz Wallet
For COD orders, approved refunds go to your Daraz Wallet. You can use the wallet balance to buy other items. Ask Daraz about any options to move the money to a bank account.
Original Payment Method
If you paid by card or a mobile payment service, ask Daraz how the refund is returned to you. Banks can take some days to show a refund on your statement.
How to Check Your Refund in the App
- Open the Daraz app and go to your account.
- Find your returns to see them listed.
- Open the return to see its latest status.
- Check your Daraz Wallet balance in the app to see whether the refund has arrived.
If Your Refund Is Late
If your return has passed its quality check but the money has not arrived, contact Daraz customer support on 021-111-132729 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM), or use live chat in the app’s Help Center.
