Why Daraz Uses Partner Couriers

Daraz has its own delivery service, Daraz Express (DEX). For orders DEX does not handle directly, Daraz uses partner couriers such as TCS and LCS. Knowing which courier has your parcel helps you track it and know who will deliver it.

We could not confirm exactly how Daraz chooses the courier. These can be reasons:

Suburban Reach

Partner couriers may deliver to places that DEX does not serve directly.

Drop-Shipping

Some sellers may send orders from their own warehouses with a partner courier.

Peak Load Spreading

At busy times, such as big sales, orders may be shared between couriers.

Daraz Delivery Couriers

Daraz confirms DEX as its own delivery service and TCS and LCS as partner couriers. Whichever courier is named on your order, the tracking number is in your order details:

Do not use your Daraz order number on courier trackers. Follow these steps to find the courier tracking number:

Open My Orders in the Daraz App

Open the Daraz app and go to My Orders.

Open the Order Details

Choose the order that has been shipped and open its details.

Find the Courier Name and Tracking Number

Look for the name of the courier delivering your parcel and the tracking number next to it. Copy the number and paste it into our search box.

Tracking on DarazTracking.pk

Without a single place to look, shoppers often have to leave Daraz and search for each courier’s website.

Delivery and Cash on Delivery Tips

Calls from the rider: If a partner courier such as TCS or LCS delivers your parcel, the rider who calls you works for that courier, not Daraz Express. Answer calls when your status is "Out for Delivery".
Paying cash on delivery: The rider collects the COD amount shown in your order. Have the exact amount ready.
Opening the parcel: We could not confirm the rule on opening a parcel before paying. If an item is wrong or damaged, you can ask for a return in your Daraz account within the 14-day return window.
