Track Daraz Order by Tracking Number: Order Number vs Tracking Number

The most common mix-up when checking a Daraz delivery is between an Order ID and a Courier Tracking Number. Your order ID is made when you check out, for your purchase and billing. Couriers use a tracking number instead, which is only made after the seller packs your parcel and books it with the courier.

To get the tracking number, open the Daraz app, go to “Account” then “My Orders”, choose your parcel and tap “Track Package”. Copy the tracking number shown under the courier’s name. Paste it into our tracker above to see every scan from the first hub to your door.

Common Daraz Tracking Statuses Explained

We turn courier messages into simple steps.

Booked / Data Received

Merchant Packed Order

The seller has made a shipping label in Daraz Seller Center. The parcel is packed and waiting for the courier to collect it.

In Transit

Highway & Hub Transport

The parcel is travelling between sorting hubs, for example from Karachi to Lahore or Islamabad. Nothing is scanned during the road trip.

Out for Delivery

Rider Handover Today

The parcel has reached the delivery office in your area and a rider has it. It should arrive today.

Delivery Rescheduled

Delivery Pending

The rider could not deliver, for example because of traffic, the time of day or a phone that was not answered. The courier usually tries again on a later run.

Returned to Shipper

Return to Merchant (RTS)

After failed delivery tries or a refused COD, the parcel is going back to the seller. For prepaid orders, check your Daraz account for refund updates.

Delivered

Handover Complete

You have received the parcel and signed for it. Your 14-day Daraz return window starts from this delivery date.

Daraz Express and partner couriers

Daraz Express (DEX) and Partner Courier Tracking

Daraz delivers many orders with its own service, Daraz Express (DEX), which sorts parcels, moves them between cities and delivers them to your door. Where Daraz Express does not handle an order, Daraz uses partner couriers such as TCS and LCS (Leopards Courier). Your order details show which courier has your parcel.

Delivery CarrierTracking Code FormatOperational Role in Pakistan
Daraz Express (DEX)DEX Alphanumeric CodeDaraz’s own delivery service for many Daraz orders
TCS Express12-Digit Numeric SequencePartner courier for orders Daraz Express does not handle
Leopards CourierSP + 10 Digits / 9-Digit NumericPartner courier (LCS) for orders Daraz Express does not handle

How to Track a Daraz Partner Courier Number Here

You do not need to visit each courier’s website. Open your Daraz App → Account → My Orders → Package Details. Copy the tracking number shown next to “Shipped with [courier name]” and paste it into the box above. If we cover that courier, you will see the scans here.

Tracking Daraz Orders Sent With Partner Couriers

Here is how to track Daraz orders sent with partner couriers:

Leopards CourierLCS

Daraz Leopards Tracking

If your order is sent with Leopards Courier Services (LCS), the tracking number may start with letters such as SP (for example SP7515061882), or be digits only. Type it into the box above to see the Leopards scans for your parcel.

TCS Express12 digits

If Daraz sends your order with TCS, the tracking number is usually 12 digits. Paste it into the box above to see the sorting and delivery scans.

Call Courier11–14 digits

Daraz Call Courier Tracking

If your order shows Call Courier (now part of PostEx), the tracking number is usually 11 to 14 digits. Paste it into the box above to check it.

Delivery Times and Big Sales

Daraz shows an estimated delivery date for every order in the app, and that date is your best guide. Big cities usually get parcels sooner than small towns. Orders sent from Daraz’s own warehouses usually move faster than orders sent by independent sellers.

During big sales such as the yearly 11.11 (Single's Day) sale, 12.12, Pakistan Day and pre-Eid sales, many more parcels are sent. Couriers and sorting centres get very busy, so deliveries can take longer than usual. Tracking your number shows you when your parcel reaches each hub.

Cash on Delivery (COD) and the 14-Day Return Rule

Many Daraz orders in Pakistan are paid with cash on delivery (COD). When your parcel is “Out for Delivery”, have the exact amount ready in rupees. Riders are busy and usually cannot open the parcel or let you check it before you pay.

If you open the parcel after paying and the item is damaged, faulty or not as described, Daraz’s return policy protects you. You have a 14-day return window from delivery to send a return request in the Daraz app. Once it is approved, a courier collects the item. For COD orders, the refund goes into your Daraz Wallet.

FAQ

Daraz Tracking FAQs

Answers about tracking numbers, couriers, COD rules and delivery times.

1. Can I track a Daraz parcel by mobile number or name?

No. Daraz parcels are tracked with the tracking number shown in the Daraz app under My Orders, not with a phone number or name. Open the order, copy the tracking number and paste it into our tracker. If there is no number yet, the seller may not have sent the order. Daraz customer service is listed on our helpline page.

2. How can I check my Daraz tracking status without logging in?

Copy the tracking number from your order in the Daraz app, paste it into the box above and tap “Track Parcel”. You will see each scan, from the sorting hubs to the rider. You do not need a password, an account or an app.

3. Can I track my Daraz order using an Order Number or Invoice ID?

No. The Daraz order number is for your purchase and billing. Couriers cannot find parcels with it. You need the courier tracking number, which is given after the seller packs and sends your parcel. Find it in the Daraz app under “My Orders”, in your order details.

4. Does Daraz offer an official public tracking tool?

Yes. Daraz has a public tracking page at daraz.pk/track-orders-online/, where you can paste your tracking number without logging in. You can track there or use our independent tracker above.

5. Which couriers does Daraz use in Pakistan?

Daraz delivers many orders with its own service, Daraz Express (DEX). Where Daraz Express does not handle an order, it uses partner couriers such as TCS and LCS (Leopards). Your order details show which courier has your parcel and its tracking number.

6. Can I track Daraz orders sent with other couriers on this website?

You can paste any courier tracking number from your Daraz order into our search box. Our tracker covers Daraz Express and several partner couriers. If your order says “Shipped with” a courier we do not cover, use that courier’s own tracking page.

7. How do I identify which partner courier is delivering my Daraz parcel?

Open the Daraz app, go to “Account” then “My Orders”, tap your order and open the package details. Look for the line that names the courier, next to the tracking number. You can copy that number into our tracking box.

8. What does "Out for Delivery" indicate for a Daraz parcel?

It means your parcel has reached the delivery office in your city and a rider has it for delivery today. Keep your phone on so the rider can reach you, and have the exact cash ready if it is a cash on delivery (COD) order.

9. Why does my Daraz tracking say “No Record” or not update?

When a seller makes a shipping label, the tracking number exists before the courier has the parcel. Scans only start once the courier collects the parcel and scans it at a sorting hub. Between cities, tracking stays quiet until the parcel is scanned at the next hub.

10. How many days does Daraz take to deliver?

It depends on where the seller is, where you live and how the order is sent. Daraz shows an estimated delivery date for each order in the app. Big cities usually get parcels sooner than small towns. Big sales such as 11.11 and 12.12 can add delays.

11. Can I open my Daraz parcel before I pay the COD rider?

Usually not. The rider normally collects the full payment before you open the parcel. If the item is damaged or wrong after you open it, you can start a return in the Daraz app within 14 days of delivery.

12. What if Daraz says “Delivered” but I did not get my parcel?

First, ask family, household staff, the building guard or neighbours if they took it for you. If you still cannot find it, open “My Orders” in the Daraz app and contact Daraz customer support as soon as you can, so they can check with the courier.

13. How do I track a Daraz return package or refund status?

When you submit a return in the Daraz app, you get a separate return tracking number. You can follow it on our tracker until it reaches the Daraz warehouse. Refunds are shown in your Daraz account. For COD orders, approved refunds go into your Daraz Wallet.

14. How do I contact Daraz customer service?

Call the Daraz helpline on 021-111-132729. Phone support is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can also use the virtual assistant in the Daraz app Help Center at any time, and chat with a person during support hours.

15. What happens if a Daraz delivery fails while I am away?

If the rider cannot reach you or nobody is home, the status changes to something like “Delivery Pending” or “Rescheduled”. The courier usually tries again before sending the parcel back to the seller. Leave your phone switched on so the rider can get through to you.

16. Is DarazTracking.pk affiliated with Daraz or Alibaba Group?

No. DarazTracking.pk is an independent tracking site and buyer’s guide. It is not owned, run or approved by Daraz, Daraz Express or Alibaba Group. We use their names only to explain how to track parcels.
